Types of Massage

Swedish Massage: System of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques to relax muscles.

Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue: The use of deep digital pressure and friction to manipulate soft tissue and balance the central nervous system.

Sports Massage: Pre-event, post-event, and rehabilitative massage tailored specifically to athletes.

Myofascial Release: Stretching and manipulation of the touch connective tissue that surrounds the body.

Reiki: A Japanese technique used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and aid in overall wellness.

Our Therapists

Brenda Naaktgeboren, LMT - Available in Center Point
Brenda graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2013. She has worked with many different types of clients from athletes to cancer patients and elderly. She enjoys helping people find a quiet space in their busy lives to relax, unwind, and breathe.

Jennifer Kellogg, BS, PTA - Available in Center Point
Jen attended Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy in Virginia. She graduated in 2001 and has been Nationally Certified since 2003.

Sadie Sell, LMT - Available in Marion
Sadie is a 2013 graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and enjoys working with athletes of all ages as well as individuals recovering from injuries.

Ben Johnston, LMT - Available in Mount Vernon
Ben is a 2011 graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy. He specializes in the scar tissue release and is also a Reiki Master. His greatest passion is working with people who suffer from headaches.
